Terms & Conditions for gbajeee

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise. These definitions are provided to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the agreement between gbajeee and each registered player.

References to "gbajeee", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the operator of the gbajeee platform. References to "these Terms" mean these Terms & Conditions as updated from time to time.

Access to and use of the gbajeee platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on each occasion that you use the platform.

To be eligible to register and use gbajeee, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• Be registering as an individual person in your own name. Corporate, trust, or organisational accounts are not permitted.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Not have previously been self-excluded from gbajeee or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• Not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of gbajeee or any of its affiliated game providers.
• Hold full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you may not register on gbajeee.

gbajeee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identification cards, passports, and utility bills or bank statements dated within the previous 90 days. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by gbajeee may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

If gbajeee determines at any point that a player was under 18 years of age at the time of registration or during any period of play, all winnings generated during that period will be voided and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source used for the original deposit, minus any amounts already withdrawn.

To access the full range of features on gbajeee — including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, and casino games — you must create and maintain a single registered account. The following rules govern account creation, maintenance, and verification.

Account Creation

• Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on gbajeee. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide a valid, active email address or mobile number during registration. This contact detail will be used for all communications, including security alerts, account notifications, and support correspondence.
• You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your account. gbajeee strongly recommends using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your password with any third party.
• Your username, registered name, and personal details must accurately reflect your true identity. Pseudonyms and fictitious names are not permitted.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gbajeee login credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. gbajeee will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify gbajeee immediately at support@gbajeee if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised. Upon receiving such notification, gbajeee will take reasonable steps to secure the account, which may include temporary suspension pending a security review.

Identity Verification (KYC)

gbajeee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity, age, and payment methods of registered players. KYC verification may be triggered at the time of registration, before processing a first withdrawal, upon reaching certain cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any other time at gbajeee's sole discretion.

• Acceptable proof of identity documents include: national identification card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Acceptable proof of address documents include: recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the previous 90 days and showing your registered name and address.
• Payment method verification may require you to provide a screenshot or photograph confirming that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits is registered in your own name.
• Documents must be submitted in clear, legible form. gbajeee reserves the right to reject documents that are blurred, cropped, expired, or otherwise insufficient for verification purposes.

gbajeee supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on gbajeee.

Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.
• The minimum deposit amount on gbajeee is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and player account tier.
• Deposits are credited to your gbajeee account balance within seconds of a successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. Where delays occur, you should contact support at support@gbajeee with your transaction reference number.
• All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name. gbajeee strictly prohibits deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties, including family members.
• gbajeee does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own standard fees, for which gbajeee accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by gbajeee support. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• gbajeee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals will only be processed from a real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• In the event that a player requests a withdrawal of funds that were deposited but not wagered, gbajeee reserves the right to deduct a processing fee to cover payment provider transaction costs incurred during the original deposit.

The following rules govern all betting and gaming activity on gbajeee, including sports betting, live betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slots, fishing games, and all other game formats available on the platform.

General Betting Rules

• A bet or wager is only confirmed when gbajeee's system has accepted and recorded it. Bets placed during a technical fault or system interruption may be voided at gbajeee's discretion.
• All bets are final once confirmed. gbajeee does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except where expressly provided in sport-specific or game-specific rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type, market, and player account level. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market interface.
• gbajeee reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any market, game, or player account at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated at the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted. gbajeee does not retroactively adjust settled bets based on odds changes occurring after acceptance.

Cricket & Sports Betting

• Cricket markets on gbajeee cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, among other competitions. Available markets and odds are displayed in real time in the sports lobby.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, gbajeee will settle affected bets in accordance with the sport-specific rules published in the sports betting section of the platform.
• Live betting odds are updated in real time. gbajeee cannot be held responsible for bets placed at odds that were briefly displayed in error due to data feed latency from third-party data providers.

Casino & Game Rules

• All casino games available on gbajeee are supplied by third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game-specific rules before play.
• Malfunctions in any game software void all play and pays for that round. In the event of a confirmed game malfunction, gbajeee will investigate and, where appropriate, restore affected balances. This process may take up to 5 business days.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages calculated by game providers and certified by independent testing agencies. Actual returns to an individual player over any session or period may vary significantly from the published RTP.

gbajeee offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms accompanying the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. gbajeee reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement will be displayed clearly in the promotion terms at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are not available for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time limit.
• gbajeee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts where wagering is already in progress.
• Players who have opened multiple accounts, used bonus abuse strategies, or demonstrated patterns of low-risk wagering to exploit bonus terms may have their bonus funds and associated winnings voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Free bets, where offered, are single-use and cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated. Free bet stakes are not included in the returned amount — only winnings above the stake will be credited as withdrawable funds, subject to any wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred between accounts. Bonus credits have no monetary value outside of the gbajeee platform and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.

gbajeee maintains a safe, fair, and compliant environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access to gbajeee by a person under 18.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or another person's identity information during registration or during the KYC verification process.
• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on gbajeee, regardless of the payment methods or contact details used.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the house.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies, arbitrage betting, or any other method designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine play intent.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or reversal of a deposit transaction with your payment provider after those funds have been used for wagering. Any winnings associated with charged-back deposits will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the gbajeee platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity, to cycle funds through the platform without genuine gambling activity, or for any other purpose that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Technical exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in gbajeee's platform or in any game provided on the platform to generate winnings that would not arise under normal gameplay conditions.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Harmful or abusive behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward gbajeee staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.

gbajeee reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to those set out below. Players also have the right to request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time.

Suspension or Closure by gbajeee

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by gbajeee.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Confirmed or strongly suspected engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. In this case, gbajeee will make reasonable efforts to notify the player before closing the account. Any remaining real-money balance will be held for a period of 6 months following closure notification, after which it may be forfeited if the player does not respond.
• A request from law enforcement, a regulatory authority, or a court of competent jurisdiction.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your gbajeee account at any time by contacting support at support@gbajeee. Before processing a voluntary closure, gbajeee will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawals are processed. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion from gbajeee. Self-exclusion is a permanent measure — once activated, your account cannot be reopened. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbajeee's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. gbajeee is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any kind.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using gbajeee, players acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. gbajeee makes no representation that the platform is lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction.
